Setting the Reward Level For Users

As a tenant, you have the flexibility to set a reward level for your users, tailored to your specific requirements. To set a reward level, follow these steps:

  1. Communicate the desired configuration: Reach out to your Customer Succes Manager or Jedlix' sales team and provide details about the reward level configuration you wish to implement for your users.

  2. Agree on business rules: Collaborate with Jedlix to establish a set of business rules that define the reward amount per kWh for your users. These rules will determine how the reward levels are configured in the backend.

  3. Consider typical configurations: The reward levels can be configured based on various factors, including:

    • Country or area of the charging location
    • Managed or unmanaged volumes
    • Energy supplier chosen by the user

    These configurations help you create a more customized and targeted reward system for your users, which can encourage more sustainable charging behavior.

Once the reward levels have been configured based on your specifications, your users will start receiving rewards according to the established criteria, ultimately promoting smart charging and a more sustainable charging experience.
