List all sessions of a user

get https://demo-smartcharging.jedlix.com/api/v1/users/{userId}/sessions

All the parameters here are used as filters. Some work in pairs (i.e. startTimeFrom and startTimeFrom,
and endTimeFrom and endTimeTo) to form a date/time range.
