Set custom optimisation signal for a fleet

Set a custom optimization signal to optimize the VPP on.

Custom signals can be set for a maximum of an hour in the past compared to the present.
Overlapping time periods are not permitted.
All time periods should be defined from the present moment until the latest endTime defined.
All time periods must have an amount specified.
You may specify varying time periods of your preference, which may differ from one to another (min 15 minutes).
To achieve optimal results, provide time periods covering at least 7 consecutive days.
In case a custom signal is absent during an active time period, the custom optimization will be disregarded.
