Set the preferred power consumption for a Virtual Power Plant. The deltaRequestedPower signifies the intended difference from the referencePower. If Jedlix does not obtain a deltaRequestedPower within 30 seconds, it will automatically reset the deltaRequestedPower to 0 or revert to the previous value.
