Search user by external ID

This functionality reduces the need for manual mapping, saving time and effort for our clients and enabling them to manage their users more effectively. We have simplified the user identification process with the inclusion of a parameter for searching users based on their external account IDs.

This can be done by adding your externalAccountId as a parameter in the following endpoint:
