Sessions at unregistered locations

Previously, only charge sessions at registered locations were recorded. Now, also sessions at unknown locations are registered to provide a more complete picture of the charging behavior of the user.
To prevent unwanted interruptions of the charging process while the EV driver is on-route, all sessions that take place at unknown charge locations are unmanaged by default.
