Retrieve energy suppliers

We added another "Energy Suppliers" endpoint so the energy suppliers can be retrieved. By calling this endpoint, you will retrieve the name of the supplier and the ID, which can be used to assign a certain energy supplier to a user.

This can be done by calling the following endpoint:
