Pay-out the balance of a user

We're excited to introduce a new endpoint - "Payout the balance of a user". This endpoint empowers users to request a payout of their accumulated reward balance. Payouts can be done via our service (PaidByJedlix) or by yourself (NoPayment. Specifics of the endpoint can be found here:
