Concealing solar production threshold

The "Solar Production Threshold" property is no longer in use for the solar endpoints. This feature was being used to set a certain threshold on the mix of solar and energy from the grid. Since we moved to a model that will charge with solar based on profits, we have hidden the property in the following endpoints:

  1. Update a Solar configuration;
  2. Add solar to a charging location.
